Ancient Egyptians did not have a word for “intuition.” They didn’t necessarily need one. Their description of the HEART is very similar to how we define intuition today. They believed the heart was the seat of intelligence, and the brain was less important. The heart was seen as the source of wisdom and memory, suggesting a deeper connection to insight and understanding beyond logical thought.
