I use this every month and rarely need OTC pain relievers when my cycle starts. It works on two levels, helping to ease the physical and emotional strain.
This tincture is made with nervines and female tonics for women of all ages but especially in the child-rearing years. This blend is primarily for mild to moderate discomfort. Combine with Vitex (i.e. chaste berry) if your cycle is irregular (or you experience raging PMS!).
INGREDIENTS: Cramp bark, motherwort, catnip, pennyroyal, peppermint, valerian, yarrow, grain alcohol.
DOSING: As needed, just before and during your cycle.
